Compile error when building fastdds 3.0.0 using GCC 8.5.0 on REL

Setting up my FastDDS dir as follows

Grabbing the latest foonathan_memory_vendor
git clone https://github.com/eProsima/foonathan_memory_vendor.git

Grabbing the latest Fast-DDS
git clone https://github.com/eProsima/Fast-DDS.git

Building foonathan_memory_vendor

mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=~/Fast-DDS/install -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON
cmake --build . --target install

Building Fast-DDS (Using thirdparty flags for Asio/TinyXml2 and Fast-CDR dependencies

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..  -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=~/Fast-DDS/install -DTHIRDPARTY_TinyXML2=ON -DTHIRDPARTY_Asio=FORCE -DTHIRDPARTY_fastcdr=ON

Fast-DDS cmake is fine

*covered our program linux usernames with XXXXXX

We are using REL 8.5.0-4 and GCC 8.5.0

We are using c++17 with gcc 8.5.0

It seems like
1 ) GCC needs to be newer as this use of deleted function was relaxed in later versions - This is troublesome for us as our program wants to avoid changing GCC.
2 ) What we also noticed was your support architecture did not include REL. Is that update to date or in the works?

To fix without GCC tried different CXX cmake flags but so far has not gotten past this error. Another solution would be to change Fast-DDS source code. Does that option seem the only way then if we don't want to update GCC?

Yes, it is update to date. Unfortunately, REL is not part of the currently supported platforms.
