Add option to use S3 versioning or create separate documents for each _rev

When a DaaSDoc is sent to the S3 Bucket by the Genesis processor, it should add the document either as a new file with the unique file name based on the _rev or let S3 handle the versions and overwrite the file based on the doc._id.
