Implement Cookie Consent Toast with User Acceptance

Current Behaviour

The website does not currently inform users about cookie usage.

Desired Enhancement

Implement a non-intrusive toast notification that informs users about the website's use of cookies. Users should be able to acknowledge and accept the use of cookies to close the toast.

Proposed Implementation

• Use shadcn sonner component to implement cookie consent.
• Include a button or link labeled "Accept" within the toast that allows users to acknowledge their understanding and close the notification.
• Consider offering a link to the website's cookie policy for users who want more information.
