Added default images for most buttons and rewrote StartStopMotionToggle

• Default images added for most buttons
• Rewrote StartStopMotion Toggle
• Increased ReceiveTimeout to 10 seconds
• Added fakepath handling
• Minor fixes in process detection
• Removed excessive logging

Warning - StartStopMotion Toggle was changed and will break your current button.
You have to remove and add this button again.

Performance / Stability upgrade

• Version Bump 0.0.1.6
• Cleanup
• Throttled waiting for tasks to finish
• No longer waiting for timeout on restart SimFeedback
• Removed Log-Blaster :)

Lots new Features and Bugfix

• Added new function "Start Profile" to (Re)-Start SimFeedback with a desired profile and Start Motion right away
• Added new function "Start SimFeedback" to Start SimFeedback and Start Motion of last used Profile
• Added new function "Exit SimFeedback" says it all
• Fixed bug caused connection could only be established when clicked on extensions tab in SimFeedback

• Unzip the Extension into the Simfeedback Extension dir and Enable in SimFeedback
• Install the Streamdeck extension by double-click
