Hello there! Is there a way to concatenate multiple single chain MSA a3m files into a particular format to run multimer inference with LocalColabFold using LocalColabFold's inherent pairing strategy? Or upload multiple singe-chain MSAs for multimer inference? Or do I need to upload a pre-paired MSA? Thank you in advance for your help.
