Cannot install Tkinter

When I install the dependencies, the terminal says there are no releases compatible w/ my version of Python (latest, 3.11.2 i think)

For stable operation, I recommend using Python 3.9 and Tkinter latest versions.
It will be easier to figure out your problem if you throw off the error itself and its code.
