용량이 적고 load 속도가 빠른게 좋다.

  • NifTi

MR/CT 각각 train/test에 대해서 5GB/5GB이다.
각각의 size는 제각각이다. 대략 (512,512,360)이 많다.

  • hdf5

MR/CT 합쳐서 train/test에 대해서 0.08GB/0.1GB이다.
기준은 128 x 128 x 128 이다.
MR/CT 합쳐서 train/test에 대해서 0.65GB/0.73GB이다.
기준은 256 x 256 x 256 이다.

    train'/test 개수는 같은데 용량 차이가 나는 원인은?
    -> train은 mask image가 있는데 mask image가 갖는 pixel value는 작은 값들이기 때문에 그리고 0값이 많기 때문에 용량이 더 적을것이다(?)
    -> 확인해볼것.
