Add media_segment support?

As an analyst team member I might want to be able to identify when segments are tapped by users in a way consistent among apps.

Context

Currently Letterbox implements media_segment internally when a segment is tapped. Since Pillarbox might not implement segments natively, and provided we can determine there is a common need among apps, Pillarbox could provide an official event name to promote consistency. Apps would still be responsible of sending this event if they implement some segment navigation interface.

Acceptance criteria

• Segment tracking usefulness has been discussed with relevant teams and implemented if there is an interest.
