Unwanted redirect because of missing slash in url #52

POST to /v1/service_brokers/ returns all service brokers. If I remove the slash '/' then it's ok.

it's some weird behavior of the router..
if I make POST /v1/service_brokers/ (note the slash) it actually routes toGET /v1/service_brokers
If i make POST /v1/service_brokers (without the slash), it behaves normally
