Hi all! Really thanks for your open-source HelixFold3. I'm wondering that does HelixFold3 support PTMs prediction now like AF3? Thanks for your help and response.

Hi, we greatly appreciate your interest in our work. HelixFold3 temporarily does not support PTM prediction, but this feature is coming soon. We plan to include it in the next released version. We hope you continue to follow our progress.

Hi! Would you be able to share what you plan to use the PTM prediction for? We are actually very interested in the real needs of academia and industry, as they are the starting point for further optimizing our models and providing new features. Cheers!
