Feature Request

Description:
When analyzing Intel compilations, shared-license limitations may restrict running on multiple nodes (i.e., compiling with Intel on many nodes will cause failures when shared licenses are exceeded.)

Suggested change:
No suggestion at this time, will revisit with proposed changes in later comments; open to suggestions.
