Detect the warped face of the boundary

Does Meshlib have some way to detect warped faces in the model?

What I want to achieve is to be able to detect the warped part and do nothing if the connection between the boundary and the interior is smooth.
Maybe it can be done by curvature?

Could you please show some example demonstrating what faces you want to detect? (and the ones you don't)

The faces that does not belong to a tooth after tooth segmentation.

I think this problem could not be well defined without additional information, and there is no simple way to automatically detect which faces are "good" and which are not.
