Ibrahim Hamadeh shared his experience as follows:
Hi Mahmood again
I really noticed another thing
and this time using the latest version 4.4
I have selected David as a main voice in dual voice synthesizer
and as a secondary voice I have selected arabic Laila
and set the volume of Laila to 50 percent from dual voice setting dialog
opened notepad, and began to type in arabic language noticed that:
when I press the arabic letter it's volume is uttered as in 100 percent
while when reading the line using the down or up arrow the volume of the
sound is 50 percent as it should be.
so the issue is that when typing a character the volume of the sound is
not as expected or selected by setting dialog.
the same issue was in version 4.3, and it persists in 4.4
I hope that I have explained the issue well.
regards.
ibrahim.

I checked the issue using Microsoft Anna as the primary voice and espeak-fa as the secondary voice. I set the volume of espeak to 50% and the dual voice works well. The volume of secondary non-Latin voice looks like 50% in both letters reading during typing and reading of sentences in notepad and Microsoft word.
Hence, the mentioned issue may be dependent on the configurations of the voice vendor. But if I could figure out how this problem produced, I will fix it in the following sub-versions.
