Make sure you have Hyprland-Dots v2.3.3
(you can check dots version on ~/.config/hypr/ )

anyway, you can simply just download this

and replace ~/.config/wallust/wallust.toml

That is because developer decided to change templating when he published from Beta

anyway, since you are testing on a VM could be also due to resources.. since it is also compiling even from aur..

be patient. On my test on a VM with 8 threads assign, it took some few minutws

if you allocate less ram and cpu, that might be the reason why it hangs

I did everything as you said, installed wallust and refuted wallust.toml, but for some reason auto color correction still doesn’t work
