Some live streams fails to play

I get an error when I try to play some live streams. I think this is a different issue than the ones reported before about some videos not playing, as the error I get is:

Notice at ~08:05:00 I attempted to play the live stream that gave the error, and at ~08:05:30 I clicked on the one right next to it and it played fine.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
