Multiple accounts use same settings

I am using the account # feature and trying to set different settings for the two accounts so I can run both simultaneously. I tend to run higher quality with sound on main, and low quality with no sound on secondary. The mod manager doesn't seem to support this, as settings seem to be the same for video/audio tabs no matter which account I select. Am I correct or am I just missing something.

Oh, well... the account # feature does only affect the fields "username" and "password". Basically, you can switch between different accounts but it doesn't carry any other changes with it.

What you might be looking for are game profiles. But you'll first have to follow this guide, then setup the game profiles accordingly. I might write a more comprehensive wiki article later.

Can't you add to the app what you suggested to @zarmstrong? I mean, what you suggested looked very straightforward, just assume Fallout 76 executable will look for INIs that have the same filename and load them. But it would be awesome to have profiles in your tool, it would make a hell lot easier adding new ones and setting the game options overall.
