Office Upload Center would be a useful app to add a button for, probably to replace the OneNote Quick Launch button after moving that one to the Tools menu next to Office Language Preferences.

Maybe in addition to that, Microsoft Office Document Cache (MSOSYNC.EXE) could be added next to OneNote Quick Launch in the Tools menu.
