End signs don't work after quitting the server

Description
When a players quits the server while they are in the dungeon, they are kicked correctly, but after rejoining, end signs print a message but don't teleport the player out of the dungeon.

Reproduce

1. Join a dungeon with low timeUntilKickOfflinePlayer time
2. Quit the server
3. Log in again
4. Re-join the dungeon
5. Click the ready and end signs
